Opportunity for political activism

CCL is a non-partisan grassroots organization dedicated to the mission of “creating the political will for climate change solutions by enabling individual breakthroughs in the exercise of personal and political power.”

One way we can help create political will is to urge citizens who care about climate to vote.  The Environmental Voter Project does exactly that. They identify politically inactive environmentalists and transform them into consistent voters by having people like us call them and urge them to vote.

Note: We don’t tell them who to vote for.  We tell them to vote.  By building the group of voters who rank climate issues as very important, we make politicians respond by working to solve the climate crisis.
