Carbon Pricing 101: A Short Video Explainer

Resources For The Future just published a short post (2-minute read) and a short 4-minute video explainer on Carbon Pricing.  It’s an excellent summary of the key concepts.  It’s worth sharing with anyone who wants a high-level overview of carbon pricing (and the two types — “carbon fee/tax” and “cap and trade.”
